Every order is packed securely and shipped fully insured. Here is what to expect from dispatch to delivery, and how returns work.

Shipping

Insured delivery across India and to selected international destinations.
Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.
Made-to-order and customised pieces need additional time to craft. We will confirm the timeline with you.
Tracking details are shared as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery times can vary with courier services, customs, weather and other factors outside our control.

International orders

For orders outside India, customs duties and import taxes may apply in the destination country and are set by local authorities. Contact us before ordering if you would like an estimate.

Returns

Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Pieces must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging, with all certificates.
Customised and personalised jewellery cannot be returned or refunded.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the piece, and we will make it right.
