Ready-to-ship products are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and customized jewellery is handcrafted specially for you and may require up to 15 days for production before dispatch.
Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes. Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. However, customized, personalized, and made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return or refund. Exchange options are available as per our exchange policy.
