At Aarinya Gems, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition along with all accompanying documents, including the original invoice, product certificate, authenticity certificate, and any other items received with the order.

Products that show signs of damage, alteration, misuse, or improper handling may not be eligible for return or refund.

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Made-to-order jewellery

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers

  • Gold coins and silver articles

  • Products purchased using special promotional offers, discount codes, or coupons

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or negligence

Return Process

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing aarinyagemspvtltd@gmail.com.

Once the return request is approved, customers will receive instructions for securely packaging and returning the product. Aarinya Gems may arrange a pickup service where available. Customers are advised to retain all shipment and tracking details until the return process is completed.

For quality and security purposes, customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product before shipment.

Inspection and Approval

Upon receiving the returned product, our quality inspection team will carefully examine the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. The approval of any return or refund is subject to successful inspection.

If the returned item does not meet the required conditions, Aarinya Gems reserves the right to reject the return request and return the product to the customer.

Refund Policy

Once the return has been approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.

For security and compliance reasons, refunds cannot be transferred to a different bank account, payment method, or third party.

No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
