Your Aarinya jewellery keeps its value. You can exchange it for a new design or sell it back to us, with valuation rules that are clear from the start.
How we value your piece

What you need
- The original purchase invoice.
- The authenticity certificate, where applicable.
- The piece itself, which we will inspect before confirming the final value.
How it works
- Contact us on WhatsApp or through our contact page with your invoice number.
- We share the steps to send your piece securely.
- Once we have inspected it, we confirm the exchange or buyback value.
- For an exchange, the value is applied to your new piece. For a buyback, we pay you the confirmed amount.
Good to know
- Making charges (labour) paid on the original piece are not refundable.
- Taxes paid at the time of purchase cannot be adjusted.
- Metal value is calculated on the day of the transaction, so it can be higher or lower than when you bought the piece.
