How bespoke works
- Consultation. Tell us your idea, budget and timeline on a call, video call or WhatsApp. Share inspiration images if you have them.
- Design. Our designers prepare a design for your piece, including diamond shape, size and metal.
- Approval. You review the design and pricing, and we refine it until it is right.
- Crafting. Your piece is handcrafted in our Surat workshop with certified lab-grown diamonds and hallmarked gold.
- Delivery. Your piece is delivered fully insured, with its certificates.

Good to know
- Bespoke pieces are made to order, so they take longer than ready-to-ship designs. We will confirm the timeline before you commit.
- Customised jewellery cannot be returned. It is still covered by our exchange and buyback policy.
