  • Diamond Valuation: A flat 20% deduction will be applicable on the original value of diamonds at the time of exchange.
  • ​Making Charges: Making charges (labour cost) paid on the original jewellery are strictly non-refundable and will not be included in the exchange value.
  • Government Taxes: GST and any other applicable government taxes paid at the time of purchase will be borne by the customer and are non-adjustable.
