Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and certificates.
Customized and personalized jewellery are not eligible for return or refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

Exchange/Buy back Policy:

Metal Valuation: The exchange value for metal will be calculated based on the prevailing current market price of the metal on the day of the transaction.
Diamond Exchange Valuation: A flat 15% deduction will be applicable on the original value of diamonds at the time of exchange.
Diamond Buy back Valuation: A flat 25% deduction will be applicable on the original value of diamonds at the time of buy back.
Making Charges: Making charges (labour cost) paid on the original jewellery are strictly non-refundable and will not be included in the exchange value.
Government Taxes: GST and any other applicable government taxes paid at the time of purchase will be borne by the customer and are non-adjustable.
Verification: The jewellery must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and authenticity certificate (if applicable) to qualify for the exchange.
