- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange/Buy Back Policy
Exchange/Buy back Policy:
- Metal Valuation: The exchange value for metal will be calculated based on the prevailing current market price of the metal on the day of the transaction.
- Diamond Exchange Valuation: A flat 15% deduction will be applicable on the original value of diamonds at the time of exchange.
- Diamond Buy back Valuation: A flat 25% deduction will be applicable on the original value of diamonds at the time of buy back.
- Making Charges: Making charges (labour cost) paid on the original jewellery are strictly non-refundable and will not be included in the exchange value.
- Government Taxes: GST and any other applicable government taxes paid at the time of purchase will be borne by the customer and are non-adjustable.
- Verification: The jewellery must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and authenticity certificate (if applicable) to qualify for the exchange.
